Duration of warranty
Each warranty lasts for the number of years stated against each product, starting from the date of purchase.
Warranty Coverage
During the period starting with the day of retail purchase and continuing for years, Miles Year Ltd. extends to the owner a repair and replacement warranty against manufacturing defects in materials, workmanship, fabrics and padding.
Terms
HANDLING AND TRANSPORTATION COSTS, ON-SITE LABOUR COSTS ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY AND ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE OWNER.
The warranty card and the original invoice for the product must be presented when making any claim under this warranty.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper handling, assembly, or installation, repairs made by others, accidents, misuse or abuse. Under no circumstances shall Miles Year, or any other party involved in the sale of this product, have any liability for incidental or consequential damage arising from breach of an express or implied warranty on any Teeter product.
We can dispatch an authorized servicer to your home to provide the required in-warranty support. However, if the Product is not malfunctioning or because of you do not know how to use it, the on-site service will be remain charged.
Miles Year is not obliged to maintain or repair any part(s) of the product if:- 1) The Product is not supplied by Miles Year or its authorized dealers; or 2) The production of the Product, its accessories and spare parts have been discontinued. 3) The Product has been resold (2nd owner).
Miles Year reserves the right to terminate the warranty in the event of any uncertainty or doubt as to the applicability of these terms and conditions. In case of any disputes, Miles Year reserves its rights of final decision.
