If you want to know how to use an inversion table, if you want to try, our instructors are happy to help you. If you would like to make an appointment to visit our showroom privately, please completed the following booking form.

Booking at least 1 working days in advance. Open from Monday to Saturday 10:30 to 19:30 (last booking to 19:00).

Customer who arrives 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you may need to reschedule a new one.

Teeter provides a list of CONTRAINDICATIONS as a guide to help you evaluate for inversion but it is not exhaustive. We suggest you speak with your doctor before beginning a course of inversion if you are concerning your health condition.

Experience of inversion will last about 30 minutes included explanations and demonstrations, for which you should allow roughly 45 minutes for a session.
